It aims to bring people "from behind the chair" to share their stories, experiences, insights. The platform includes a workbook, a continuing education workbook for barbers cosmetologists, a Facebook group with a book club, and a growing presence on social media. The platforms vision is to inspire educate, and connect people, embracing authenticity and real-life conversations.

My personal journey with BTC began at a young age, when my grandmother saw potential in me and encouraged me to pursue my passion - hairstyling. She inspired me to write down my vision and make a list of my goals. Years of hard work and dedication led me to graduate from high school, attend cosmetology school, and eventually retire from the military with a medical degree at the age of 50. Never underestimate the power of believing in yourself and setting goals. The sky is truly the limit when we put our minds to it. So, what's your story?
